Sony has revealed the PSone games that will be downloadable and playable on PSP when the PlayStation Network service starts in Japan on November 11. The list contains some real winners, from Biohazard (Resident Evil) Director's Cut to the vivacious Mr. Driller.

If you have a PS3, you'll be able to download these games onto your PS3 hard drive then copy them to the PSP. You'll later be able to play them directly on the PSP – before the end of the year, if Sony is to be believed.

At its Gamers' Day event last week, Sony revealed a few of the PSone download games that would be available in the US at launch. It's... a less impressive list.

I need your help on finding the best version of the OG RE game

Hello and thank you for reading this. As it says in the title, I am looking for the uncut untampered version of the PSone RE with the uncut FMV in full color intro and the first zombie that is chewing on Kenneth’s head than drops it before turning around.

I’ve looked online and I keep seeing posts and reviews of people saying they bought what they thought was the OG version (This was on amazon) but instead they received the director’s cut. That is fucked up!

I don’t have a PlayStation one or PlayStation 2 anymore but I have a PS3 so I can play PSone games on that. I know the game was also released on Windows as well but again I don’t know if that’s the version that has the mentioned uncut scenes in it so I need your help on determining if this.

Resident Evil 1 Iso Ps1

So I’m gonna keep searching to see what I can find but if you have any knowledge on which version I should be looking for (Japanese, UK or US) Note: I know the Japanese version has the full live action intro in color but I don’t know if it has changed to the soundtrack or gameplay like the directors cut did cause I don’t want the changes in that case and otherwise that would be the obvious choice if I can get it running on a modern PC using windows 10.

Looks like the best version is emulated on PC. It was a bit of a hassle but imo well worth the effort to get this masterpiece running smooth as butter on Windows 10.
