I Tried to download the Facebook messenger app because Facebook was showing a notification, but because they need more access to my phone and information I'm unable to check the message feature in my phone. I tried to download it and got the following message:
Hello everyone, I recently accidentally deleted Facebook messenger from my iPhone and I am unable to reinstall the app, no matter what I do. I have tried resetting my phone, I have tried signing out and back in to my Apple ID, I have tried installing it from my roommate's computer's iTunes, absolutely nothing is working.

where do I go to see my purchases, because I went searching on the phone and didn't see it. Additionally, how do I stop this from happening in the future (I didn't change any settings on my phone and now I can't download apps without this occurring)??
